Design Through Draping Final | "Collision of Design"

Design through draping course final, we were tasked with merging the aesthetics of two different, well known, designers into a casual day dress. For this project I selected Miuccia Prada and Emilio Pucci. This project represents the  "Collision of Design," and final project Fall 2021.

In my draping course final we were tasked with merging the aesthetics of two different well-known designers into a casual day dress. For my design development I selected Miuccia Prada and Emilio Pucci. When  sketching these designs I found the foundation of the silhouettes in the work of Miuccia Prada. The primary inspiration for my color and print choices through the work of  Emilio Pucci. Resulting in a timelessly vibrant lineup representing the "Collision of Design."
